Posy Central has a 48 hour delivery turn around. All orders are to be placed in advance, if you need an urgent delivery please contact us to see if we can help. All timed deliveries will aim to be made however we can not guarantee this request. All residential deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm and all business or school deliveries will be made between 9am and 3pm. In the case that no one is home when delivery is made the items will be left at the location as long as there is a safe spot. If there isn’t a safe area to leave the items or access to the property can’t be made we will contact you to organise an alternate option. If there is no response the items will be returned to the studio and a redelivery fee will occur or alternatively you will be able to pick up the items from our home studio in Colyton, 2760
Substitution Policy
All products listed are subject to seasonal availability, images are only indicative of the colour and style of work and not specific blooms. This means Posy Central holds the right to make any changes needed as long as it complies with the desired colour way.
Changes to Orders
All changes to orders need to be made at least 24 hours out from delivery whether this be change of address or change of card message.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation with a full refund need to be made 48 hours out from delivery. Refund is only available with a shorter time frame if no preparation of your order has been made. To cancel an order please send us an email at posycentral@gmail.com
Refunds and Returns
Here at Posy Central we go to great lengths to source only the best for our customers from our growers. All flowers are perishable and the life span of flowers depend on multiple factors including the variety, season, environment and care of flowers. Depending on the variety of flowers you can generally be able to enjoy them for 3-5 days. This depends on if the flowers are cared for correctly. Please see the Flower Care page for tips and tricks to keep your flowers lasting longer.
If you feel like the flowers have not lasted at least the three days please let us know by emailing us at posycentral@gmail.com or calling us on 0451 126 394. For any dissatisfaction with flowers please contact us within three days so we can both work together to rectify this. We do reserve the right to ask for photos and images of the flowers and to assist with quality control we may request to collect original flowers. If flowers or photos are unable to be provided we will be unable to assist in a refund or replacement of items.
If you would like to cancel your order or have had a change of mind, to be eligible for a refund you will need to notify us 48 hours prior to delivery.
All refunds will be processed on the original form of payment and may take unto five business days to be processed.
